Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank announces 16% stock dividend; Paid up to reach Rs 2.41arba

Nepal Credit and Commerce Limited (NCCB) has decided to distribute 16 percent bonus share and 0.84 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
The 517th BOD Meeting of the company held on Poush 22 has proposed 16 percent bonus share and 0.84 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72.
The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Earlier, NCCB had distributed 38 percent bonus share and 2 percent cash dividend in the fiscal year 2071/72.
As per unaudited report NCCB has earned net profit of Rs 12.71 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 2.08 arba. After distributing 16 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs.2.41 arba.
