Nepal Bank’s 57th AGM on Chaitra 20; no dividend this time

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) is going to convene its 57^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 20, 2073. The AGM will be held at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The main agendas of the AGM are endorsement of financial highlights of the FY 2072/73 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2073/74. NBL has not proposed any dividend to its shareholders this time. The book closure date for the AGM has been set from Chaitra 4 to Chaitra 20, 2073. Only those shareholders holding shares that have been traded one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Chaitra 3, 2073 are eligible for participation in the AGM. NBL has earned net profit of Rs 1.89 arba in the second quarter of the FY 2073/74.
