Nepal Bank to convene 60th AGM on Poush 25; Book closure for 25% dividend on Poush 13, 2076

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) will be convening its 60th AGM on Poush 25, 2076 at Nepal APF Club, Halchowk, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.
The Board Meeting held on Mangsir 29, 2076 has decided on the following agendas to be discussed on the AGM:
- Approval of the annual report of BOD.
- Approval of audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Approval of 15% bonus shares worth Rs 1.47 arba and 10% cash dividend worth Rs 98.11 crore including tax amount.
- Appointment of auditor for the year and determination of the remuneration.
- Increasing the authorized capital of the bank to Rs 15 arba which currently stands at Rs 10 arba.
- The Book closure is on Poush 13, 2076. Therefore shareholders maintained on Poush 10, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim dividend.
