Nepal Bank finally ends two decade long drought; Proposes 15% bonus and 10% cash dividend worth Rs 2.45 arba

Nepal Bank (NBL) proposes 25% dividend for its shareholders for the FY 2075/76.
The 24th Board Meeting of the Bank held on Mangsir 01, 2076 has decided to propose the following dividend:
Current paid-up capital: Rs 9.81 arba
Bonus shares: 15% worth Rs 1.47 arba
Cash dividend: 10% worth Rs 98.1 crore including tax amount
Total dividend: 25% worth Rs 2.45 arba
Capital after adjustment: Rs 11.28 arba
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra bank and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
The bank hadn't distributed any dividend for the past 2 decades.
