Nepal Bank republishes auction notice; auctioning 7 lakh unit shares of Taragaon Regency at Rs 216 & above from today

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) is inviting sealed bids for 7 lakh units of ordinary shares of Taragoan Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) from today (Ashad 3, 2073). Earlier, the company had cancelled its auction due to the internal dispute between Taragaon Regency Hotel and Nepal Bank Limited. The auction will last till Ashad 23, 2073. The bid will open to conclude the auction on the same day at 3:15 PM. The minimum bid amount has been set at Rs 216, and that the interested applicants must bid for a minimum of 100 units of the scrip or above but the number of scrip applied should be divisible by 10. Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction which is located at Hanumansthan Bhawan, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. The total bid amount must be deposited to the Account Number 00115208745 of Siddartha Bank Limited and Good for Payement Cheque/ Manager’s Cheue or the original copy of the draft must be attached to the closed bid application and submitted to Siddhartha Capital Limited by Ashad 23, 2073 till 3:00 PM. The last traded price (LTP) of TRH stand at Rs 230 as on June 16, 2016.
