Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) Proposes 17% Dividend for FY 2077/78; How Much is Bonus Shares and Cash?

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) has proposed a 17% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 7 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.63 arba. 14% bonus shares and 3% cash dividend (including tax) have been proposed. 

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. 

Nepal Bank Limited has proposed 12% bonus shares and 4% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

As of writing, NBL has an LTP of Rs 455.10.
