Nepal Bank convenes its 60th AGM; clears way for 25% dividend for shareholders after decades of waiting

Nepal Bank has convened its 60th AGM on Poush 25, 2076 under the leadership of bank’s chairman Mr. Bashudev Adhikari.
Endorsing all the financial reports, the AGM has also endorsed the proposal to provide 15% bonus shares worth Rs 1.47 arba and cash dividend of 10% worth Rs 98.11 crore to its shareholders after a decades of waiting.
