Nepal Bank convenes 59th AGM; board reiterates commitment to provide dividend coming fiscal year

Nepal Bank, the oldest bank in Nepal, has convened its 59th AGM which has endorsed the financial reports presented by the chairman of the bank Mr. Bashu Dev Adhikari.
The AGM which was also attended by CEO Mr. Krishna Bahadur Adhikari, Company Secretary Mr. Keshav Prasad Bhandari, BoDs Mr. Sarbashree Harisaran Pudasini, Mr. Dipendra Bikram Thapa, Dr. Umakant Silwal, Mr. Bharatraj wasti, Mr. Ganga Raj Gyawali, Deputy CEO Mr Durga Raj Regmi, has discussed and endorsed several highlights of the bank for the last fiscal year.
