Nepal Bank calls bids for 7 lakh units of Taragoan Regency ordinary shares

Nepal Bank Limited  (NBL)has invited sealed bids for 7 lakh units of ordinary  shares of Taragoan Regency Hotel Limited from Baishak 20, 2073. Issuing a  notice today, the commercial  bank has stated the minimum bid amount has been set at Rs 200, and that the interested applicants must bid for a minimum of 100 units of the scrip or above but the number of scrip applied should be divisible by 10. Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction which is located at Hanumansthan Bhawan, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. The total bid amount must be deposited to the Account Number 00115208745 of Siddartha Bank Limited and Good for Payement Cheque/ Manager’s Cheue or the original copy of the draft must be attached to the closed bid application and submitted to Siddhartha Capital Limited by Jestha 9, 2073 till 3 PM. The bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Jestha 10, 2073 at 3:15 pm.
