Nepal Bangladesh Bank convenes 25th AGM; clears way for 12% dividend to shareholders

Nepal Bangladesh Bank has convened its 25^th AGM on Poush 7, 2076 under its chairman Mr. Jalal Ahmed. Endorsing all the financial reports, the AGM has also endorsed the proposal to provide 7% cash dividend and 5% bonus shares to its shareholders from the net profit it managed to earn during previous fiscal year.

The bank reported deposit collection of Rs 59.76 arba, loan figure of Rs 55.72 arba, balance sheet size of Rs 76.25 arba during the review period, as per the media statement.
