The inaugural flight, carrying 126 passengers, took off on Wednesday at 10:40 pm, marking the beginning of this new service. Out of the total passengers, 117 arrived in Kathmandu from Dammam.

Nepal Airlines has established scheduled flights for the Kathmandu-Dammam-Kathmandu route, with flights operating on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
