Neco Insurance Company Limited is auctioning its 10,70,206.84 units promoter shares.
The auction will open from 20th Ashwin and will conclude on 4th Kartik, 2077. Bids should be submitted by 3 pm on the last day.
The minimum bid rate is set at Rs. 395 and the minimum bid quantity is 5,000 units. However, irrespective of the bid amount, the existing promoters will get the first priority during allotment. Only after the promoters are allotted will the highest-bid procedure be applied.
Bidders bidding for units amounting more than Rs. 10 lakh must include their PAN with their bid.
