NCDB and SWBBL to distribute proposed cash dividend directly to the bank accounts of shareholders

Nepal Community Development Bank (NCDB) and Swabalamban Laghubitta (SWBBL) will be distributing the cash dividends directly to the bank accounts of respective shareholders.  

The 9^th AGM of NCDB had approved issue of 6.42% cash dividend and the 17^th AGM of SWBBL had approved issue of 11.8421% cash dividend for its shareholders.

The development bank and microfinance company, both have urged the shareholders to dematerialize their respective shares for receiving the cash dividend.

NCDB had proposed 1% bonus share and 6.42% cash dividend for the previous years while SWBBL has proposed 25% bonus share and 11.84% cash dividend for the previous year.
