NCC Bank to issue 50% right share to increase its paid up capital

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited on Bhadra 16, 2074 has held their annual general meeting at Hotel Bhodi Redsun, Rupandehi.
NCC bank on poush 17th 2074, commenced to provide banki ng service from its merged 4 development banks after their bookkeeping for 2072/73 was approved by the commercial bank. Similarly, the commercial bank got approval to issue 50 %right share to meet the new paid up capital limit set by Nepal Rastra Bank.
