NCC Bank distributing new share certificates of Infrastructure, Apex, Supreme & International Dev. Bank from today

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCC) is distributing new share certificates of NCC Bank to the shareholders of the merged development banks: Infrastructure Development Bank, Apex Development Bank, Supreme Development Bank and International Development Bank. As per the notice published by the commercial bank today, the existing shareholders of the development banks should bring their old certificates to the bank’s share registrar NCM Merchant Banking Limited, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. For those shares that have already dematerialized their old shares, new shares of NCC Bank will automatically be deposited in their respective demat accounts with respect to the swap ratio.
