NCC Bank commencing joint transaction with 4 other dev. banks after merger; joint operation from Poush 17

Nepal Rastra Bank had given the final approval for the merger of Infrastructure Development Bank, Apex Development Bank, Supreme Development Bank and International Development Bank Limited with Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited on Mangsir 20, 2073. The joint operation of these five development banks is starting from Poush 17, 2073 (January 1, 2017). The new entity will be named “Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited”, and will start the integrated business from the first day of 2017 itself. ATM services, SMS, Internet and 365 Days banking services of the five banks will remain closed on the public holidays (Poush 15 and Poush 16) to integrate transactions and data of all banks into a single software.
