NCC Bank calls off its SGM scheduled for tomorrow

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) has cancelled its Special General Meeting (SGM) that was scheduled for tomorrow. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the SGM was called off as per the direction received from Office of Company Registrar. NCC Bank had called this SGM to endorse 50% right share to its shareholders after its merger with Infrastructure Development Bank, International Development Bank, Apex Development Bank and Supreme Development Bank. NCC Bank is yet to conduct AGM for the FY 2072/73.
