NCC Bank calls for AGM on Bhadra 16 to endorse 50% right share; no dividend this time

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) is going to convene its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 16, 2074. The AGM is being held at Bodhi Redson Hotel, Basantapur, Rupandehi at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:
  1. To endorse 50% (2:1) right share on its current paid up capital
  2. After issuance of 2:1 right share, its capital will increase, and amend its Article of Association and Memorandum of Association accordingly
  3. To amend its Article of Association and Memorandum of Association as per directions received from regulatory authorities
  4. To elect 3 directors each from promoter and general public shareholders group
Other agendas of the AGM are endorsement of financial highlights of FY 2072/73 and appointment of auditor of FY 2073/74. The book closure day for the AGM has been set for Shrawan 20, 2074 for one day only. Only those traded until Shrawan 19, 2074 are eligible to participate in the AGM. NCC Bank has posted net profit of Rs 16.73 crore in the third quarter of FY 2073/74. Its current paid up capital after merger with Infrastructure Dev Bank, International Dev Bank, Apex Dev Bank and Supreme Development Bank stands at Rs 4.67 arba. After the issuance of 50% right share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 7.01 arba.
