NB Insurance to endorse 80% right share; 14th, 15th, 16th & 17th AGM on Poush 30

NB Insurance Company Limited (NBIL) will be convening its 14^th, 15^th, 16^th & 17^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 30, 2072. The AGM is going to be held at DECC, world Trade Center, Tripureswor Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. Main Agendas of the AGM are:

• To increaseAuthorized, Issued and paid up capital and amend article of association accordingly.
• To endorse 10; 8 (80%) right share to its existing from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72.
• To increase meeting allowance of BOD members.

• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by regulatory bodies.

Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial highlights from 2068/69 to 2070/71, appointment of auditor, to elect 5 BOD members from promoter shareholders group and 2 BOD members from public shareholder group and to endorse help provided to earthquake victim. The book closure date has been set from Poush 13 to Poush 30 2072 for the purpose of AGM.   .
