NAV stands at Rs 10.39 in Kartik; Citizen Mutual Fund-1 reports profit of Rs 1.43 crore

Citizen Mutual Fund-1 (CMF1), a 7 years closed-end mutual fund has published its monthly report for the month of Kartik, 2075.

The mutual fund has reported meager decrease in Net Assets Value (NAV) of Rs 10.39 from Rs 10.52. The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 82 crore has invested Rs 40.12 crore in the shares of listed companies.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, Citizen Mutual Fund-1 has invested the highest in 2,85,700 units shares of Nepal Investment Bank Limited worth Rs 8.57 crore.

The mutual fund is the first mutual fund of CBIL Capital. The scheme is managed by CBIL Capital with Citizens Bank International as the fund sponsor.

It has reported net profit of Rs 1.43 crore which was Rs 2.45 crore in the last month.
