National Microfinance publish excellent Q3 report with 22.76% profit growth; EPS stands at Rs 57.48

National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) has published an unaudited financial report for the third quarter of FY 2076/77. It has stated that its net profit has increased by 22.76% to Rs 11.38 crore in third quarter of fiscal year 2076/77 from Rs 9.27 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year 2075/76.
Likewise, it extended loans of Rs 4.15 arba till Q3 with 19.36% growth. It has collected deposits of Rs 1.58 arba and borrowed Rs 2.45 arba till the third quarter. It has paid up capital of Rs 2.64 arba with reserve of Rs 2.46 arba.
Its net interest income has also increased by 20.37% to Rs 22.12 crore from Rs 18.38 crore in the corresponding quarter. Its operating profit has increased to Rs 18.06 crore in Q3, from Rs 14.57 crore in corresponding quarter.
The company annualized earnings per Share (EPS) stand at Rs 57.48 and non-performing loan (NPL) has increased to 2% from 1.57%. The Net worth per share stands at Rs 193.33 and quarter end PE is at 27.51 times.
