National Microfinance Laghubitta and Vijaya Laghubitta Auctioning Promoter Shares from Today
The existing promoter of National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) and Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) are auctioning the company's promoter shares.
3,210 units and 12,138 units promoter shares of NMFBS and VLBS are being auctioned respectively. The auction is first open to existing promoters for 35 days from the day of the official notice i.e Shrawan 03 (today). If not bought by existing promoters, the public and other institutions/ companies will then be eligible to bid for the shares. Rs. 450 is the minimum bid rate for the promoter shares of VLBS.
NMFBS has a total of 4,106,725 promoter shares, amounting to 70% of the company's shareholding whereas VLBS has a total of 2,240,000 promoter shares, amounting to 70% of the company's shareholding as well.
