National Life Insurance concludes 34th AGM for FY 2077-78; endorses 15% bonus shares for shareholders

National Life Insurance Company has convened its 34th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Ms. Prema Singh on Mangsir 18, 2079 endorsing 15% bonus shares and cash dividend worth Rs 3.18 crore for taxation purpose.
The life insurance company raised an insurance premium of Rs 1,252.46 crore, maintained an insurance fund of Rs 4,204 crore, and made a total investment of Rs 3,924.70 crore during the review period, as per the media statement.
As per its CSR activity, the company has supported in construction of community hospital at Sindhupalchowk and signed an agreement with Ek Ek Paila to operate the same for upcoming three years, as per the media statement.
