National Hydropower SGM today; No dividend this year

National Hydropower Power Company. Limited (NHPC) is holding its Special General Meeting (SGM) today (Chaitra 8, 2072) at Naxal Banquet, Narayanchaur, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The agendas of the meeting are as follows:
  1. To present report by chairman on behalf of BoD
  2. Regarding report submitted by the Investigative Committee formed by the AGM held on 2069/10/26
  3. To appoint auditor to audit financial report of fiscal year from 2066/67 to fiscal year 2071/72
  4. To amend article of association and memorandum of association
  5. Miscellaneous
No dividend has been proposed for discussion in the SGM. NHPC had earned net proft of Rs.5.69 crore in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
