National Hydropower Company to conduct 22nd AGM on 27th Baisakh; AGM notice silent regarding any dividend

The BOD meeting held on 3^rd Baisakh, 2076 has decided that the 22^nd AGM of National Hydropower Company Limited (NHPC) will be held on 27^th Baisakh, 2076.

The main agendas of the AGM will be to endorse the audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and to appoint statutory auditor for FY 75/76. The Chairman of the company will also discuss the highlights of the previous year with the shareholders.

The company has not distributed any dividend for the shareholders yet and it is expected that the same trend will be followed this year as well. The AGM notice is silent regarding the time and place of the meeting.

The book closure for this purpose is from 15^th Baisakh to 20^th Baisakh, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 14^th Baisakh, 2076 will be eligible to attend the AGM of the hydropower company.
