National Hydropower Company postpones SGM until further notice

National Hydropower Company Limited (NHPC) has postponed its Special General Meeting (SGM) which was going to be held on Falgun 28, 2072. The SGM date is postpone until the further notice publish by the company. The agendas of the meeting were:
  1. To present report by chairman on behalf of BoD
  2. Regarding report submitted by the Investigative Committee formed by the AGM held on 2069/10/26
  3. To appoint auditor to audit financial report of fiscal year from 2066/67 to fiscal year 2071/72
  4. To amend article of association and memorandum of association
  5. Miscellaneous
National Hydropower Company has earned net profit of Rs 5.58 crore  in second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
