National Hydro to hold SGM on Falgun 28; No dividend announced

National Hydro Power Co. Ltd. (NHPC) has announced Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on Falgun 28, 2072 on 11 am at Naxal Banquet, Narayanchaur, Kathmandu. The agendas of the  meeting are as follows:
  1. To present report by chairman on behalf of BoD
  2. Regarding report submitted by the Investigative Committee formed by the AGM held on 2069/10/26
  3. To appoint auditor to audit financial report of fiscal year from 2066/67 to fiscal year 2071/72
  4. To amend article of association and memorandum of association
  5. Miscellaneous
No dividends has been proposed for discussion in the SGM. The book closure date has been set for Falgun 15, 2072 for SGM. The register of shareholders will remain close from Falgun 15 to Falgun 28, 2072 for SGM.
