Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) will be conducting its 11thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Baishakh 11, 2075. The AGM is going to be held at Star Banquet, Ratnanagar, Chitwan at 1:00 PM. The main agendas of the AGM are:
  • To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
  • To propose for merger and acquisition of the company.
Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial highlights of the FY 2068/69 and 2069/70 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2070/71, 2071/72 and 2072/73. NABBC had been declared as a crisis-ridden bank on Baishakh 11, 2071. See the notice of AGM here
