Narayani Development Bank to convene 16th and 17th AGM on Mangsir 28; Company to approve capital increment

Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) will be convening its 16th and 17th AGM on Mangsir 28, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Star Banquet, Ratnagar, Chitwan at 1:00 PM.
The main agendas of the meeting include:
- Increment of paid-up capital of the company
- Amendments in the MoA and regulations of the company and to provide authority to the BOD to make further changes.
Other agendas include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2073/74 and 2074/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.
NABBC had been declared as a crisis-ridden bank on Baishakh 11, 2071.
