Nagbeli Laghubitta 6th AGM on Falgun 21; To endorse 50% right share

Nagbeli Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (NBBL) will be convening its 6^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 21, 2072. The AGM is going to be held at Atithi Sadan , Birtamod, Jhapa at 11:00 AM. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 2:1 (50%) right share to its existing shareholders.
• After distribution of right share to increase paid up capital up to Rs 3.70 crore and amend the article of association accordingly.
• To increase authorized capital up to Rs 15 crore and amend the article of association accordingly.
• To amend article related to allowance.
• To expand the working area to10 district and amend the article of association accordingly.
• To include management of insurance of members in article of association.
• To amend article of association per directed by Office of company registrar or the Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other main agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor, to increase allowance of Chief Executive Officer,to elect 1 BOD member from promoter shareholders group and 1 member from public shareholders group. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from Falgun 5 to till Falgun 21, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Nagbeli Laghubitta had earned net profit of Rs59.58 lakh in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
