Nagarik Stock Dealer Company Calls 3rd AGM on Mangsir 18; Agenda to Endorse 6.85% Bonus Shares

Nagarik Stock Dealer Company Limited (NSDCL) has called its 3rd AGM on 18th Mangsir, 2079. The meeting will be held in company's central office, Naya Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 4:30 pm that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 6.85% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 88th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 16 has decided to distribute 6.85% bonus shares worth Rs. 23,97,50,000 from its paid up capital of Rs. 3.5 Arba.
Furthermore, there is also an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
