NADEP Laghubitta Calls AGM; Company's Trading is Halted for Acquisition

NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 6th AGM on 23rd Jestha, 2078. The AGM will be held in Raniban Party Palace and streamed virtually via Zoom for investors. The AGM will commence at 11 am that day.

The agenda includes usual formalities like endorsing the financial reports of the fiscal year 2076/77 and appointing the auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The trading of the company is halted from Poush 16. Thus, investors maintained till that day are eligible to attend the AGM. Chitwan-based Deprosc Laghubitta has signed an initial agreement to acquire Dhading based Nadep Laghubitta on Poush 15, 2077. Trading of NADEP is halted for the acquisition procedure.
