Nadep Laghubitta announces book closure on Shrawan 21; Shareholders holding shares till Shrawan 20 can participate in the AGM

Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NADEP) has published a notice regarding the book closure date for its upcoming 3rd AGM.
As per the notice published today, the shareholder register book of the microfinance company will remain closed on Shrawan 21, 2075. Thus, the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Shrawan 20 wll only be deemed eligible to participate in the AGM.
The microfinance company is set to convene its third AGM on Bhadra 1, 2075 with main agendas including issue of 100% right shares and increasing the authorized, issued and paid-up capital of the company among others.
