Nabil Investment & Sunrise Capital 8th & 7th AGM today respectively

Nabil Investment Banking Limited, subsidiary of Nabil Bank, is convening its 8^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Ashwin 31, 2074). The meeting is being held at Nabil Investment Banking’s office in Naxal, Kathmandu at 9:30 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are endorsement of 33.3333% bonus shares, endorsement of financial statements of FY 2073/74, and appointment of auditor for FY 2074/75. Nabil Bank holds 52% stake in Nabil Investment Banking Limited. Nabil Invest’s current paid-up capital remains at Rs 15 crore, and after 33.3333% bonus share distribution, its paid-up capital will reach Rs 20 crore. Likewise, Sunrise Capital Limited is also conducting its 7^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) today (Ashwin 31, 2074). The AGM is being held at Sunrise Capital Limited, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 2:00 PM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 15% cash dividends to its shareholder from the net profit of the FY 2073/74.
• To increase authorized capital to Rs 20 crore from existing Rs 10 crore.
• To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

Other agendas include major highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75.
