Nabil Bank trading suspended in NEPSE

Trading of Nabil bank Limited (NABIL) has been suspended from today in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE). Nabil Bank’s trading has been suspended for not providing the book closure information to NEPSE on time. NABIL will be convening its 32^nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 18, 2073. The bank had declared 30 percent bonus share and 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders which is supposed to be approved by its upcoming AGM. It has earned net profit of Rs 2.82 arba in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report.
