Nabil Bank to distribute 30% bonus share certificate from today

Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) is distributing bonus share certificate to its shareholders from today (Magh 24, 2072). The bank 31st AGM held on Poush 13, 2072 had endorsed 6.84 percent cash dividend and 30% bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate will be distributed from share registrar of the company Nabil Investment Banking Limited located at Naxal, Kathmandu. The bank has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers.   Notes:

1. Original or Photocopy of share certificate along with citizenship certificate and Demat account confirmation letter or Demat statement is required to receive bonus share certificate.
2. Those shareholders who have open Demat account before the AGM date will get their bonus share directly to their respective Demat account after bonus shares get listed on Nepse.
3. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the warrant themselves.
4. Those shareholders who are have no opened demat account have to visit its share registrar Nabil Investment Banking Limited.
