Mutual Funds of NMB Capital Reports Net Asset Value of Shrawan Month

NMB Capital Limited has published the NAV Report of its funds till Shrawan, 2079.

NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 (NMBHF-1)'s NAV has fallen to Rs. 10.96 in the month of Shrawan compared to NAV of the previous month of Rs. 13.12 .

The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs.1 Arba, has invested Rs. 50.03 crores in listed shares and Rs. 63.13 lakhs in the public issue, right shares, and bonus shares. The fund has invested Rs. 36.92 crores in bonds and debentures.

The scheme has kept Rs. 15 crores in fixed deposits and has Rs. 28.11 crores as a bank balance.

The net loss till the end of Shrawan month stands at Rs. 2.30 crores. In the month before that it was a net loss of Rs. 17.68 crores.

The fall in NAV is mostly due to distribution of 21.0526 cash dividend to its unit holders from the profit of FY 2078/79.

NMB 50 (NMB50), another 7-year mutual fund scheme managed by NMB Capital has also published financial highlights for the month of Shrawan. The NAV for the period was reported at Rs. 11.14, down from Rs 13.28 in the previous month.

The scheme began with a fund size of Rs. 1.25 Arba including seed capital from the fund sponsors. The scheme has invested Rs. 99.55 Crores in shares of listed companies and Rs. 36.90 lakhs in the public issue, right shares, and bonus shares. Amount invested in fixed deposit stands at Rs. 18.75 crores while the bank balance stands at Rs. 31.47 crores. The fund has invested 15.51 crores in bonds and debentures.

By the end of Shrawan, the scheme has reported a net loss of Rs. 1.19 crores, whereas, In the previous month, the scheme was at a loss of Rs. 33.57 crores.

The fall in NAV is mostly due to distribution of 21.0526 cash dividend to its unit holders from the profit of FY 2078/79.

The NAV report of "NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF)" has also been unveiled. NMB Capital Limited recently allotted the public issue of the "NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E."

The "NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E" is an open-ended mutual fund, meaning it won't be traded in NEPSE. The fund has no maturity period, and the fund manager can add to the size of the mutual fund whenever needed.

The NAV stands at Rs. 9.06 in Shrawan compared to Rs. 9.11 in the month before. The fund has invested Rs. 32.18 crores in listed shares, Rs. 22.95 lakhs in public issues, and Rs. 8 crores in fixed deposits. The fund still has Rs. 11.46 crores in the bank and other assets worth Rs. 9.66 lakhs.

The fund is at net loss of Rs. 28.15 lakhs in Shrawan. In the month before that, it was at a loss of Rs. 4.88 crores.
