Multipurpose Finance (MPFL) Proposes 13.68% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) has proposed a 13.68% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 388th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 28 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. 13% bonus shares worth Rs 5.2 crores and 0.68% cash dividend (for tax) have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, MPFL has an LTP of Rs. 393.80.
