Muktinath Krishi Company Limited (MKCL) is opening a 1: 0.55 ratio 20,00,000 units right share to its shareholders from today, i.e. 25th Kartik, 2079. The offering will conclude on 29th Mangsir.
The company is issuing right shares in the ratio of 1:0.55 or 55% at par value of Rs. 100. The company is issuing 20,00,000 units as right shares to raise a capital worth Rs. 20 Crores. The existing paid up capital of company is Rs. 36 crore and after the issue and allotment of 55% right shares, the company will have a total paid-up capital of Rs 56 crores.
The company is not listed in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
