Muktinath Bikas Bank upgraded to National level Development Bank, paid up capital reached Rs 64 crores 25 thousand

Pokhara based Muktinath Bikas Bank Limitied has started its operation as a national level development bank from Ashad 30, 2072.

Muktinath Bikas Bank which commenced its business on 19 Poush, 2063 with a concept ‘Bank should go to people not the people to bank’ acquired Dhading based Civic Development Bank Limited to be upgraded as a national level development Bank.

Bharat Raj Dhakal, CEO of Muktinath Bikas Bank said, after the acquisition, Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited core capital stands at Rs. 97 crore and paid up capital at Rs. 64 crore 25 thousand whereas it has a total deposit of Rs. 7 arba 65 crore with a total loan and advance of Rs 6 arba 65 crore . The bank will provide banking services to its 1 lakh 47 thousand customers through its 48 branch offices.’
