Muktinath Bikas Bank net profit rises by 55.73 % in Q4; earns Rs 23.67 crore

Pokhara based Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) has gained net profit of Rs 23.67 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72.
As per the press released published today, the Bank has collected Rs 7 arba 78 crore in deposits and its loan and advances stood at Rs 6 arba 70 crore in last Q4. Its net interest income surged to Rs 51.56 crore in the last Q4 from Rs 32.68 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
The operating profit of the Bank has reached at Rs 36.98 crore in Q4 of the last fiscal year rising from Rs 23.08 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year which signals strong rise of the company’s core business activities.
The Bank’s paid up capital stood at Rs 64 crore in Q4 of the last fiscal year. Its Earning per Share (annualized) remains at Rs 36.99 and Non Performing Loan (NPL) and the CD ratio stood at 0.19 % and 76.37% respectively in Q4 of the FY 2071/72.
The Bank has been facilitating services from 48 branches to 1 lakh 74 thousand customers.
Muktinath Bikas Bank started its operation as a National level Development Bank from Ashad 30, after acquiring Dhading based Civic Development Bank.
