Muktinath Bikas Bank convenes 13th AGM; endorses 18.53% dividend to shareholders and elects 5 new board members

Muktinath Bikas Bank has convened its 13th AGM on Mangsir 30, 2076 under the leadership of bank’s chair Mr. Khim Prakash Malla. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 0.93% cash dividend and 17.60% bonus shares to its shareholders.
The AGM was also attended by BoD Mr. Narayan Prasad Paudel, CEO Mr. Pradhyuman Pokharel, former chairmen Mr. Khagendra Prasad Regmi and Mr. Min Prasad Gurung, among others.
The AGM has also elected 5 new board members who include Mr. Bharat Raj Dhakal, Mr. Gajendra Man Shrestha, Mr. Rabindra Man Shrestha, Ms. Nirmala Kumari K.C., and Mr. Saligram Mishra, as per the media statement.
