Muktinath Bikas Bank 11th AGM today; to endorse 20% bonus shares

Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) is convening its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Poush 19, 2074). The AGM is being held at Hotel Grand Pokhara, Pokhara at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 20% bonus shares and 1.05% cash dividend from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
• To amend the structure of Board of Directors (BOD) and amend the tenure of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
• To increase issued and paid up capital of the company.
• To endorse the decision for the merger or acquisition with other Bank and Financial Institutions (BFIs).
• To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

The book closure date for the AGM was set from Poush 7 to Poush 19, 2074. Thus, only those shareholders holding shares till Poush 6, 2074 i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM. MNBBL has earned net profit of Rs 13.54 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75 as per unaudited report. Its paid up capital after issuance of 40% right share is Rs 2.15 arba. After distribution of 20% bonus share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 2.58 arba. Announcement:
