United Insurance appoints Ms. Upasana Poudel as first-ever female CEO in Nepalese insurance fraternity; also becomes youngest ever CEO with decade-plus insurance experience
United Insurance Company Nepal has appointed Ms. Upasana Poudel as the new CEO for the coming four years thereby creating history as the first female CEO in the insurance sector of the nation and as the youngest ever CEO at just 34.
Ms. Poudel is an MBA from Delhi University and has more than a decade-plus experience with the insurance sector and was serving as Deputy CEO of the company before being elevated as the CEO, as per the media statement.
