Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the resignation of financial advisor of Shivam Cements Limited (SHIVM).
As per the notice, Mr. Satish Kumar More had filed for resignation from the post of financial advisor on Poush 11, 2076 citing personal and professional reasons.
The 68th BOD meeting held on Poush 15, 2076 has approved the resignation with immediate effect.
