Mountain Energy Nepal Limited has appointed Nabil Investment Banking Ltd as issue manager for the issuance of its 39.36 lakh unit IPO shares to the project affected and to general people.
The MoU for the same was signed between promoter of the hydro company Mr. Shyam Sunder Khetan, CEO of Nabil Investment Banking Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha and CEO of CBIL Capital Mr. Samir Bahadur Dahal jointly amid a program.
