More than 10 Lakh units of Mega Bank bonus shares get listed; commercial bank distributed 1% bonus shares

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a circular regarding listing of bonus shares of Mega Bank Limited (MEGA).
NEPSE has listed 1,030,948.75 units of bonus shares distributed by the commercial bank out of the profits of FY 74/75. The bank had issued 1% bonus shares and 6.85% cash dividend for the mentioned period.
These shares can now be traded in the secondary market.
