Mithila Laghubitta Reports Net Profit of Rs 5.02 crore; EPS At Rs 49.17 (Q3 FY 78/79)

Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) has published the third-quarter report of FY 2078/2079 with a decline of 1.76% in Net Profit. As per the report published by the company, the net profit decreased to Rs. 5.02 crores as compared to Rs. 5.11 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The borrowings of the company increased by 21.07% to Rs. 1.19 Arba which was Rs. 99.07 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s loans and advances have also increased by 28.10% to Rs. 2.07 Arba in this quarter.
The net interest income (core revenue) has increased by 9.40% to Rs. 9.2 crores compared to Rs. 8.4 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The paid-up capital of the company increased to Rs. 13.6 crores in this quarter and its reserve and surplus increased by 12.28% to Rs. 14.7 crores in this quarter.
Its annualized earnings per share (EPS) stand at Rs. 49.17. The net worth per share is Rs. 208.51. The company traded at a P/E multiple of 30.51 times.
