Mithila Laghubitta announces 15% bonus shares out of profits of FY 75/76; cash dividend worth Rs.8.35 Lakhs for tax purposes

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL).

The 185^th BOD meeting of the microfinance company has decided that the company will distributed 15% bonus shares worth Rs.1.58 Crore and 0.789% cash dividend (for tax on bonus shares) worth Rs.8.35 Lakhs for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76.

The current paid up capital of the company stands at Rs.10.58 Crore. The company had issued 10.45% bonus shares and 0.54% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 74/75.
