Miteri Dev. Bank to sell 2,000 units promoter shares to promoter shareholders

Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) has published notice to sell its promoter shares. Mr Shrawan Kumar Limbu, a promoter shareholder of Miteri Dev Bank is selling his 2,000 units’ promoter shares to the existing promoter shareholders of the development bank at a reasonable price. Interested existing promoter shareholders can buy promoter shares by submitting an application along with required documents at the bank’s central office at Mahendrapath, Dharan- 5, Sunsari and in its branches within 35 days of the notice published.
